Together with an established financing partner, each assignment starts with an analysis of the capital need and available security, followed by a clear plan, timeline and structure tailored to the business model.
Property Finance
Structuring senior, mezzanine and bridge finance for land, residential and commercial assets.
The need is matched against the most suitable lender, whether bank or alternative financier, and terms are negotiated on the client's behalf. Credit decisions, agreements and payments are always handled directly between lender and borrower.
Development & JV
Joint ventures and SPV structures for land and property development, from site to exit.
Complex projects are held in their own ring-fenced vehicle, with ownership, governance and decision rights agreed before the first spade goes into the ground. From site to exit, the same discipline applies: documented agreements and transparent reporting. This gives every party clarity on capital, risk and exit.
Business Development & Agency
Agency mandates on land, projects and companies: we identify partners and buyers, and lead negotiations through to signed agreements.
Enquiries are treated in strict confidence, and nothing is presented publicly before the client has decided what may be shown. We map the market and approach the counterparties worth speaking to.
Construction Consulting
Independent advisory across the build, covering design review, cost and quality control, production planning and supervision on site.
We are independent of every contractor and supplier, so our assessment serves one party only: the client who hired us. We therefore enter early, reviewing drawings and specifications before mistakes become expensive.
Procurement & Acquisition
Acquisition of land, buildings and sites, and structured procurement of contracts, materials and equipment, with full control of scope, price and timeline.
Everything is documented, so the client can always show exactly what was agreed, at what price, and with whom. In acquisitions we identify sites, structure the transaction and negotiate on the client's behalf.

Our mentor
Sixty-five years of architecture, and still sketching.
Our senior advisor is an architect and construction manager whose career spans six decades: city planning, detailed development plans, hotels, industrial buildings and entire new districts. He has held leading roles in design and project management across municipal organisations, consultancies and listed companies, and he still works every day, sketchbook in his pocket.
BA and MSc qualified, with professional expertise in design and construction, quality assurance and project management, and more than 35 years across real estate, construction, energy and power, including heading up Swedish business development and investments.

We have had the privilege of working alongside him for five years. As our mentor, his experience, humility and eye for detail shape the way LCPG evaluates every project, from the first sketch to the final delivery.

Leadership
Mattias Lindsäter
Mattias founded Lindsäter Capital Property Group to bring capital, property and execution under one roof. He is trained in economics and corporate finance, with executive education in business development, capital finance and brand management.
More than twenty years as an owner and operator, at group and board level and in reconstruction and bankruptcy, shape how he assesses a project today. He leads the group's work with landowners, developers and institutional partners, and is personally involved in each structuring.
